If you plan to visit another country, visit our clinic as part of the preparations for travelling. We
will ensure you have everything you need by reviewing your medical history and travel plans.

- Required immunization and medications
- Potential political unrest and other safety precautions.
Most vaccines need to be administered ahead of time to give full protection. Please schedule your
appointment as soon as possible.
Preparing for your visit
Please bring the following when coming for your appointment
- Travel Itinerary
- Health Insurance card
- Prior immunization records
- International Certificate of Vaccination, if you have one
- List of medications/supplements you are currently taking
